A colourful walk along Train Street in Hanoi, Vietnam

Some places don’t make the algorithm. This is where you’ll find them.

Wander Cuts is a solo travel project built around a simple belief — that the most memorable journeys happen just beyond the tourist trail. The hidden beach with no name on the map. The street food stall that’s been there for forty years. The viewpoint locals take for granted and visitors never find.

Every film and guide on this site comes from real trips, taken alone, with nothing but a small camera and a genuine curiosity about what’s around the next corner.

Where we’ve been

From the volcanic lakes of Siquijor to the palm-lined promenades of Da Nang. From the chaotic, beautiful streets of Hanoi’s Old Town to the glass towers of Dubai Marina at sunrise. Southeast Asia has been the focus so far — but the journey is just beginning.

How it’s made

Everything you see here is shot on a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 — a camera small enough to fit in a pocket but capable enough to capture a destination the way it actually feels. No drone crews. No production teams. Just one person, one camera, and whatever the day brings.

What you’ll find here

Honest destination guides written from experience, not press trips. Cinematic travel films that try to capture atmosphere over highlights. Gear recommendations from someone who actually uses the kit. And a newsletter that goes out when there’s something genuinely worth sharing.
